Exchanges and Returns

Hal Martin’s Watch & Jewelry exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be fully refunded within 3 days or exchanged within 10 days from the original purchase date by the original client when accompanied with the sales slip. The item must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, modified items (including sizing) and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable, gift receipts will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates and gifts cards are not redeemable for cash.

Layaway

Layaway deposits on merchandise not paid in full within 90 days of the initial transaction date will be forfeited. Layaway period is 90 calendar days from initial transaction date. Monthly milestone payments must be received on scheduled.

Refund Payment Method

Credit card sales will be credited only to original card charged, with the cardholder being responsible for all fees incurred. Cash sales will be paid by company check, within 5 business days. Check sales will be paid by company check, 14 days from deposit date.

Special Orders

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request. Additional postage may apply.

Custom Work

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by Hal Martin’s for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is non-refundable, and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made by Hal Martin’s to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full ring sizing or texturizing will gladly be made by Hal Martin’s to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge depending on the extent of the work involved.

Returned Checks

Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee.

White Gold Enhancement Disclosure

Most white gold pieces are rhodium finished. This is not a permanent treatment.

Service & Cleaning

Hal Martin’s will clean and inspect your jewelry free of charge. We recommend our professional inspection four times per year to prolong the life of your jewelry.
